Guidelines for Lecture Submission
- Please click the "Lecture Submission" button for your submission
- Please upload your lecture materials after entering personal information.
- Once you complete your registration process, we will send you a receipt via e-mail. You may modify your lecture materials until the registration deadline.
- Please click the "Modification" button at the "Lecture Material" page after entering your receipt number and password if you want to edit and resubmit your lecture materials.
- Presentation slides should be submitted online and onsite. You may also submit your presentation slides via E-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org). Please save your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Lecture format must be in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Please submit your CV and photo with your lecture materials.
- If you plan on using your own laptop or Mac Book during the presentations, please alert us via E-mail (email@example.com).
- Lecture materials must be written in English.
